  2. ENSURE THAT THEY DON’T HAVE EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS WITHOUT LETTER OF APPOINTMENTS ( GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES APPOINTMENT LETTERS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES HANDBOOK)
  3. ENSURE NO EMPLOYEES EARNS LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE IN THEIR ORGANIZATION ( DRAW THE ATTENTION OF YOUR PRINCIPAL /CLIENTS TO THE INCREASING TEMPO OF FIGHT  AGAINST CASUALIZATION AND ALL FORMS OF UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICES
  4. GET YOURSELF ACQUAINTED WITH THE FACTORIES ACT, REFORM PENSION ACT, EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION ACT AND OTHER LABOUR LEGISLATIONS AND COMPLY WITH THEIR PROVISIONS ( DO NOT ALLOW DISALLOW YOUR
  5. EMPLOYEES FROM JOINING THE UNIONS IF THEY SO WISH)
  6. ENSURE YOU MAINTAIN UP TO DATE RECORDS OF YOUR STAFF AND ACTIVITIES
  7. OBTAIN A COPY OF HUCAPAN CODE OF CONDUCT AND FOLLOW ITS PRECEPTS
